Timothy is a graduate of Southern California Institute of Architecture and a licensed architect in California and Texas. Starting in Newport Beach, CA over forty-five years ago working on projects ranging from bus stops to hand carwashes, and office buildings to custom homes TDA has been responsible for entitlements through project completion. In addition to architecture, Tim has also spent twenty-eight years working in construction litigation both as plaintiff and defense expert. Continuing to work in all areas of architecture as well as construction litigation keeps Tim familiar with the current zoning and plan check issues. Currently, approvals for entitlements are more complicated and difficult to obtain, with more governmental agencies required for approval and permitting.

TDA started as a design oriented firm specializing in theme architecture from Spanish to Normandy french.

Tim handles all aspects of the project personally from the design through construction to ensure the end product follows the original concept. This allows Tim to stay connected with clients before, and throughout the completion of the project working to ensure project success.
